This thing is pretty awesome. I never installed an upgrade to my Subaru. Getting the original head unit out was pretty tough, but with some YouTube videos helping me I was able to do it. Installing the new device was so easy. It looks great and runs really well. If you have any knowledge of diy car upgrades this will be a dead simple install. Highly recommend the Subaru head unit after 4 weeks of use.
Works great. Wish there was an easy way to change the default backup camera on the unit.
Item arrive promptly and well packaged. Not exactly plug and play, but suspect that because my car was imported from Japan that wiring was not totally factory caused my frustration. Once installed, set up was easy for steering wheel controls and radio function.
Only down side was when I removed the protective film from screen there seemed to faint marks on the screen from factory that I can’t seem to clean off. Looking at installing a screen protector. Surprised this was not offered as an add on extra.
Very easy to install and excellent quality. But more importantly is their customer service. Have a question or an issue? They get back to you so fast with help. Nothing but good things to say about the head unit and company.
Installation was a little tricky if you have starlink. You have to remove and transfer the starlink to the new system and somehow tape it to the new system otherwise the front speakers will not work. Over all small issues but super happy with the fit and the sound quality itself 2018 Impreza sport> i wish they made one for F350
