I have fitted aftermarket stereos before, so the installation was relatively easy but absolutely no instructions were included.
One thing that confused me was configuring the CAN bus integration (my particular vehicle was not included in the list) but had to find the closest match.
Also there are many windows to setup the SWC, but only one that actually works!
All said & done, the unit sounds great, a big improvement on the OEM head unit.

Removing the old radio was the only hard part. Easy, plug and play connections. Fast steering wheel control setup. Everything worked from the first power on. I got the upgraded 2k version and my stock backup camera looks a bit fuzzy but that's not fault of idoing. The screen is beautiful! I see people talking about the raised bezel but honestly, they've probably never seen it in person. The bump out is fairly minimal and blends in perfectly. The sound is way better than OEM. Best value in a replacement that I've seen for a Subaru! Nobody else has a 9" screen!!! 2015 XV Crosstrek
Doing unit looks factory. Great features and sound quality. Everything needed is in the box and not extra adapter cables or plugs required. Installation done by myself and fairly straightforward. Tine from order to arrival in Melbourne Australia was one week.
Absolutely fantastic. Far better than my previous cheap head unit. Factory backup camera works, eq for audio adjustments is awesome, and sub/amp control is great as well. Went for the upgraded ram, and wow it's fast and responsive. Best part: wireless android auto. Connects almost immediately. 10/10.
