The display is a big upgrade compared to the stock radio. The installation is a breeze for the pro, but can be a daunting task for a DIY like myself. That’s where the support comes in for the rescue. They are so helpful and go beyond what I expected to help, so thankful for that. Their patience and eager to help is what we consumers need with any technical issues we encounter. Thanks for a beautiful and versatile screen display for my 8th Gen Civic SI. Will recommend this device to my friends who need them.

Game-changer for my Son's 2008 Honda Civic Coupe from factory-installed radio unit. The Idoing Head Unit (HU) was installed along with the backup camera and ELM327 OBDII/Turbo app for DTC and engine monitoring. Apple Carplay now using wired or bluetooth connections! The HU physically interfered slightly with dashboard plastic cavity for OEM radio. Had to remove maybe 10 mm of plastic using Dremel tool to have the HU fit nicely in the dash. The backup camera image quality is excellent on the 10" display - camera lines can be added to the image by adjusting the settings on the Android HU. Still figuring out the ELM327 OBDII functionality. The Turbo app connects after Android reboot and nice gauge cluster enabled on screen along with ability to read and erase DTC codes. But reconnection after car off and on cycle fails but reconnects if you reboot the Android OS which only takes less than 15 seconds so a nice feature to have for sure. Overall, an excellent upgrade and highly recommended.

I purchased the unit to upgrade my stock radio to something modern. I was not disappointed. Great screen response, amazing quality, stock OEM color that matches the dashboard almost perfectly. Only thing I might change is the making sure the right radio antenna is connected to the harness. I had to splice the one that did fit in the slot to the harness. Not an issue at all for me but I think this might confuse first time customers that have never installed a radio before. Other than that stop procrastinating and buy the unit…. It’s worth it.

The stereo met and exceeded all of my expectations for features! It's amazing how much freedom there is for personalization in the android stereo ecosystem. I ordered the universal stereo because idoing did not have a specific kit for my vehicle but they still reached out and went over all of the details for my setup to make sure it was going to work for me. The install was painless and everything plugged right in thanks to the pre-made wiring harness they included. Really appreciated the help!
